Assessment Criteria:

Judges will evaluate submissions based on:

Professional Achievements & Contributions: Initiatives or projects led by the nominee to help others within the organisation and/or industry
Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and inspire others.
Community & Societal Impact: Contributions to societal betterment, community upliftment, advocacy for pressing issues and other charitable actions.
Presentation: A well-articulated, structured, and engaging story of the nominee’s journey and impact.

Case for the Award:
Clearly lay out why this particular nominee stands out as an epitome of inspiration, support and positive change in their field or community.

Innovation Overview:
Introduce the person being nominated, detailing their professional role, personal background and significant milestones.

Professional achievements:
Discuss key achievements, projects, or initiatives the nominee has been pivotal in to help others in the organisation and/or industry

Leadership & Mentorship:
Detail how the nominee has showcased leadership within their professional or personal space. Provide instances of mentorship, guidance, or any initiatives taken to empower others.

Community & Societal Engagement:
Narrate any efforts made by the nominee to bring about positive societal change, community service, activism, or other charitable actions.

Inspiration & Influence:
Share stories or testimonials that underscore the nominee's role as an inspiration to peers, young women, or the broader community.
